SEMP APPLICATION FORM

ACADEMIC YEAR 2023-24

Before filling in this form, your home University must have sent previously your SEMP nomination to the International Relations Service at the USAL.

INSTRUCTIONS ON COMPLETION:

1. Fill in the on-line Application Form. BLANK FIELDS NOT ALLOWED.
2. Print the application form duly filled in.
3. Attach a recent photograph. Send it by email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with a copy of your national ID document or passport.

Study Area Code: ISCED code to be provided by the home University.

Surnames: those students having more than one surname must state them on the application SEPARATELY (1st Surname and 2nd Surname). This must also be the way to provide them in any other document at the University of Salamanca (registration, certificates, requests…).

DEADLINE: July 1st, 2023, for all students (1st semester, 2nd semester or full academic year).
